Continual Professional Development

Continual Professional Development is an important part of being a driving instructor. As like driving tests, the way driving is taught, changes and evolves such is the need to change our instruction skills and the knowledge needed to teach pupils these changes over time.

To give our pupils the best chance of becoming safe, responsible drivers and passing their tests, we need to keep our skills and knowledge up to date. It’s also important to show our pupils that we’re still improving our skills, no one ever really finishes learning to drive.
